AAA Club Alliance is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor in Columbia, MD. This role connects customers with in-shop technicians, handling scheduling, price explanations, and service recommendations.

The ideal candidate brings automotive know-how, strong communication, and a proven track record in sales and customer satisfaction, with a valid drivers license and the ability to work in the USA. This is a full-time, on-site position offering benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive industry preferred, or three years in a fast-paced environment with a proven Sales and Customer Satisfaction record.
• Knowledge of automotive technology and ability to communicate it to customers and technicians.
• ASE Service Advisor Certification is a plus, but not required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, and schedule appointments promptly and courteously.
• Review repairs with customers to ensure understanding of services and costs.
• Distribute work to shop technicians and monitor progress and accuracy of each job.
• Arrange towing or alternate transportation when needed per TRC standards.
• Monitor vehicle inspection dates and notify customers for required service.
