Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Assist customers determine what services they may need based on vehicle maintenance issues.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, estimates, and possible changes.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries via phone, email, text or in person.
