Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care invites you to join as a Customer Service Advisor to greet customers in-store and by phone, explain services, and schedule appointments. You will assist with parts and services, perform basic vehicle checks, and support the team in daily operations with a focus on safety and excellent customer care.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year in automotive service; sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year automotive service experience; 1+ year sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments, explain services and sell parts/services.
• Perform routine vehicle services (oil changes, rotations, batteries, fluids).
• Support shop productivity through work orders and register transactions.
• Ensure safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
