Job summary

Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Georgesville is seeking a Service Advisor who will be the primary contact for customers during their service visit. You will explain maintenance needs, prepare repair orders and estimates, and maintain open communication to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior customer service or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to listen to customers and clearly explain recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and build strong relationships throughout the service experience.
• Listen to each customer's concerns and identify vehicle service and maintenance needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.
• Explain recommended maintenance, repairs, pricing, and completion times clearly.

What You'll Do as a Service Advisor:

• Welcome customers and build strong relationships throughout the service experience
• Listen to each customer's concerns and accurately identify their vehicle service and maintenance needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department
• Clearly explain recommended maintenance, repairs, pricing, and expected completion times
• Prepare accurate repair orders and provide clear, transparent estimates
• Maintain consistent communication and follow up with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
• Work closely with technicians and other service team members to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
• Review additional maintenance or repair recommendations with customers and answer questions
• Address customer concerns professionally and work toward timely, positive resolutions
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience from arrival through vehicle pickup
