Job summary

Purdy Volkswagen of Bryan College Station is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for service customers, coordinating vehicle repair and maintenance with hospitality and efficiency. • Repair Order Management & Workflow Coordination: prepare repair orders with estimates, coordinate workflow and communicate timelines.
• Customer Communication & Service Follow-Up: explain repairs and costs, answer questions, maintain status updates.
