Qualifications

• Respond promptly and empathetically to customer needs.
• Explain technical information clearly and accessibly.
• Experience with Aftersales processes such as warranty work and maintenance scheduling.
• Experience in automotive service advising or dealership operations preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and dealership management systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple repair orders, and maintain attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
