The Service Writer is the key link between customers and technicians, responsible for delivering excellent service, detailing vehicle concerns, preparing repair orders, and communicating progress throughout the repair process.

The ideal candidate has strong automotive knowledge, great communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive repair and tire maintenance.
• Experience communicating with customers and writing repair orders.
• Ability to explain repairs clearly and estimate costs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced service environment.
• Familiarity with shop software is a plus.

Responsibilities
