American Tire Depot is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience. You will translate mechanical details into clear recommendations and confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.

As a liaison between customer and technician, you’ll perform visual inspections, document findings, and build lasting relationships that turn first-time guests into lifelong customers, while maintaining showroom and inventory standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or retail automotive with strong customer service background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust with customers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; self-starter with teamwork spirit.
