Holman is seeking a Service Advisor for Leith Ford to join our team. You will greet customers, assess service needs, and provide accurate cost estimates and completion times for repairs.

We value outstanding guest experiences, clear communication, and solid math and computer skills. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, with retail-hours availability. Holman offers competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1 year of related sales experience and/or training.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Good reading, writing and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers courteously and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding guest experience.
• Determine the course of action and obtain customer authorization.
• Write up service needs and give accurate estimates for cost and completion time.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfactory repairs and upsell as needed.
• Know warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Keep customer informed and explain prognosis of their vehicle.
• Call customers to schedule appointments and answer phones promptly.
• Attend trainings and department meetings.
