Gene's 112 Auto Service Center in Patchogue, NY, is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor. The role supports a family-owned shop serving all makes and models, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a strong emphasis on customer service.

Prior automotive service experience is preferred, and sales experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow into a confident advisor. The successful candidate will be able to explain repair needs, work with technicians, manage appointments, and maintain accurate

Competenze

Must have customer service mindset and strong communication skills.
Understanding of automotive repair terminology and processes.
Experience in an automotive service environment is preferred.

Greet customers and be the primary point of contact during vehicle service.
Schedule appointments and help manage daily shop workflow.
Prepare repair orders and document customer concerns accurately.
Communicate with technicians about inspections, diagnoses, and repair recommendations.
