Job summary

Ron Bouchard's Nissan seeks an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Massachusetts-based dealership and service center. You will greet customers, listen to their needs, document issues, and discuss repair recommendations with clients.

You will write repair orders, inspect vehicles, and communicate findings to technicians while providing cost estimates and warranty guidance. A customer-focused mindset is essential to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and listening attentively to their vehicle and service needs.
• Working with customers to obtain detailed descriptions of vehicle problems and discusses work to be performed and/or future repair recommendations and requirements
• Write accurate repair orders and provide real value to our customers
• Inspecting vehicles for visual damage, recording and communicating findings to technicians to ensure necessary repairs can be made
• Providing cost estimates of vehicle repairs and service to customers
• Consulting with customers to provide recommendations for service or warranties.
