Job summary

Auto Plus in Austin, TX is seeking an enthusiastic retail automotive associate. You will be the first contact for customers in-store and by phone, helping with needs, scheduling, and selling parts and services to keep vehicles running smoothly.

Responsibilities include managing the service desk, processing transactions, and following cash/return policies while supporting express automotive services as opportunity arises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• One year of automotive service experience.
• One year of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers in store and over the phone.
• Engage customers, schedule appointments, and sell parts and services.
• Maintain organized service desk and register transactions.
• Follow policies for cash and returns.
• Perform express automotive services as needed.
