Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, creating repair orders with cost/time estimates, coordinating with technicians and parts, and providing regular status updates to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license in the state of work with a good driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion.
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information.
