Honda of Slidell, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to assist guests with vehicle service needs and scheduling. If you enjoy building relationships and delivering an exceptional dealership experience, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, creating repair orders with cost/time estimates, coordinating with technicians and parts, and providing regular status updates to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license in the state of work with a good driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsabilités
