Job summary

First Nissan of Simi Valley is seeking an experienced Service Writer/Advisor to serve as the main point of contact between customers and technicians, write repair orders, and explain service recommendations. This full-time role offers commission-based pay, plus medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

A clean driving record and CDK experience are preferred; 3+ years in customer-facing roles are recommended.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor/ Writer (required).
• Strong automotive knowledge and a passion for customer care.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact between customers and technicians.
• Accurately write repair orders and explain service recommendations.
• Advise customers on needed repairs and maintenance - and sell with integrity.
• Provide timely updates to customers on service status.
• Follow up with appointment reminders and post-service communication.
• Maintain high KPI scores.
