Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor to connect guests with our automotive team, educate guests, and help them make informed decisions. You will collaborate with technicians to understand vehicle needs and deliver an exceptional guest experience from drop-off to pick-up.

The role emphasizes honesty, integrity, and a guest-first approach, with opportunities for growth in a faith-based, family-oriented environment. Prior automotive service advising experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive customer service, service advising/writing, or a similar automotive repair environment.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, maintenance, and repairs with the ability to explain recommendations clearly to guests.
• Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and sell automotive services while maintaining honesty and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience from drop-off to pick-up.
• Present and explain inspection results, repair needs, and maintenance recommendations.
• Coordinate with technicians and the Service Manager to keep vehicles moving efficiently.
• Prepare repair estimates, source parts when needed, and ensure pricing meets company standards.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with guests and obtain approvals.
