Job summary

Olympia Subaru, part of Gee Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to support our service drive and deliver a high-quality experience from write-up to delivery. This role offers a base hourly rate with commission/production pay in a high-volume environment.

Work Monday–Saturday in a dynamic service department. You will manage service orders, coordinate with technicians, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Accounts payable/receivable experience preferred.
• Receptionist or customer service experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
