Job summary

Olympia Subaru in Olympia, WA, is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to guide customers through the car-buying journey with expertise, professionalism and a passion for Subaru.

You will greet customers, understand needs, conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, while building lasting relationships to meet or exceed sales targets. We offer training for the right candidate and a competitive pay with commission plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or related field is a plus, but training may be provided.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or education is a plus.
