Automotive Service Advisor

Our state-of-the-art showroom and service facility are truly exceptional, and we’re excited to welcome an experienced Service Advisor to our team. Our modern facility boasts a service drive-through with cutting-edge equipment, an efficient workshop designed to boost productivity, and a spacious, contemporary customer lounge featuring a fully stocked beverage and snack bar. Your Daily Work Schedule
  1. Oversees service orders and flow of Service Lane
  2. Ensures that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  3. Takes ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  4. Provides concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether on the phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled.
  5. Ensures the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  6. Distributes work between technicians efficiently.
  7. Answers technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  8. Maintains Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
  9. Assists in diagnosing vehicle problems, orders parts and tools as necessary.
  10. Oversees administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of the service department.
  11. Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  12. Maintains good working relationship with factory(s) and fosters positive employee relations.

  • Ready to learn new product ins and outs; eager to improve
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Understanding of listening and empathy
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • At least one year of prior employment involving customer-facing service or telephone contact
  • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive team-player attitude
  • Openness to constructive feedback
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills
