Responsibilities

1. Deliver energetic, exceptional customer service by listening and consulting with customers.
2. Coordinate with technicians to address vehicle needs.
3. Supervise bays, create computerized repair orders, and source parts.
4. Discuss pricing estimates with customers and promote shop service specials.
5. Consult with customers and assist in vehicle sales.
6. Lead, assist, and empower a team aligned with our company's vision, purpose, core values, and culture.
7. Achieve weekly and monthly goals.
8. Maintain strong vendor relationships through ongoing communication.
9. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
