Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
• Inspect vehicles and review service history to accurately identify customer needs.
• Provide leadership to your team.
• Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories by understanding product and service requirements.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates for services, communicate with customers, and obtain proper authorization.
• Monitor service progress and contact customers to communicate updates or changes.
• Handle warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm appointments and conduct post-repair follow-ups.
• Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure quality and communicate results with customers.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to automotive repair and consumer protection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the dealership industry required.
• Ford experience preferred.
