Volkswagen Group UK offers a one-year apprenticeship programme designed to train and develop Customer Service Advisors. You’ll combine formal qualification with extensive product training while in full-time employment at a retailer.

Training includes remote learning and block release weeks at a state-of-the-art centre near Milton Keynes. Successful applicants gain VolkswagenGroup certifications and potential career progression within the retail network or Head Office.

• Ability to arrange bookings, communicate with customers, and handle inquiries.
• Willingness to liaise with workshop and management teams.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service: arrange bookings, speak with customers face to face and on the phone, keep customers informed throughout their vehicle’s time with us.
• Administration: complete paperwork for customer service and centre records, prepare invoices, process warranty claims.
• Teamwork: liaise with departments including workshop and management to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Promotion: assist with the sale of accessories and service plans.
