Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to drive daily operations, generate sales, and foster strong customer relationships.

You will coordinate technicians, manage parts and inventory, schedule repairs, and ensure high service standards. Candidates should have 2–5+ years of automotive management experience and excellent closing skills. Valid driver’s license required. Monday–Friday work week; no weekends.

Job description

We are looking for an Individual with Automotive Experience to join our team!

Service Advisor responsible for day-to-day operations including generating sales, communicating with customers, building client relationships and managing the technical team.

Position Responsibilities:

• Engage and consult incoming customers, both in-person and over the phone, to successfully generate and close sales
• Meet, greet and recommend services to customers
• Manage technician workflow and the status of the customers vehicles’ repairs
• Order parts and inventory
• Deliver a high level of customer service and quality control over all aspect of the center's business, operations, and work product.
