Job summary

Stocker Subaru in State College, PA is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. You will be the primary contact for customers, explain maintenance and repair needs, and build trust through clear communication and a commitment to exceptional service.

We value strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple repair orders while meeting performance goals. Two years of automotive experience is required, with dealership exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive experience required.
• Previous Service Advisor or dealership experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• General knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable learning dealership management systems and manufacturer warranty processes.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
