Sheboygan Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to greet customers, document service needs, and communicate repair recommendations. You will work closely with technicians to keep the service drive moving and ensure a smooth, professional customer experience.

The role offers performance-based compensation with an earning potential up to $100,000+ annually, plus benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or similar dealership/service experience preferred.
• Stellantis / Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / Ram experience is a major plus, but not required
• We’re willing to retrain the right person

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle service needs.
• Prepare repair orders and clearly communicate maintenance and repairs.
• Serve as the primary contact between customers and technicians.
• Keep customers informed of repair status, costs, and completion times.
• Review technician recommendations and explain services clearly to customers.
• Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer authorization for repairs.
• Recommend appropriate maintenance based on vehicle needs and manufacturer guidelines.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, and other departments to keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Deliver high customer satisfaction while meeting department goals

Sheboygan Auto Group is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team. If you have experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or another Stellantis dealership, we’d especially like to talk to you — but it’s not required. We’re willing to train the right experienced automotive professional on our brands, systems, and processes.

This is a performance-driven opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, working alongside technicians, and maximizing both customer satisfaction and service department performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or similar dealership/service experience preferred
• Stellantis / Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / Ram experience is a major plus, but not required
• Experience with another automotive manufacturer? We’re willing to retrain the right person
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain automotive repairs and maintenance in an easy-to-understand way
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Sales-minded without losing sight of the customer’s needs
• Ability to work effectively with technicians, parts personnel, and management
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
