Sheboygan Chrysler Center is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will take care of customers, communicate effectively, and help keep a busy service drive moving.

We welcome trained professionals in Stellantis brands and offer training on our systems and processes. This is a performance-driven role with earnings potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer preferred.
• Ability to explain repairs and maintenance clearly to customers.
• Proactive in documenting vehicle service needs and communicating with technicians.

Responsibilities

Sheboygan Auto Group is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team. If you have experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or another Stellantis dealership, we’d especially like to talk to you — but it’s not required. We’re willing to train the right experienced automotive professional on our brands, systems, and processes.

This is a performance-driven opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, working alongside technicians, and maximizing both customer satisfaction and service department performance.

• Up to $100,000+ annually

What You’ll Do:

• Greet service customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs
• Prepare repair orders and clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repairs
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians
• Keep customers informed of repair status, costs, and expected completion times
• Review technician recommendations and explain services in a clear, customer-friendly manner
• Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer authorization for repairs
• Recommend appropriate maintenance based on vehicle needs and manufacturer guidelines
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, and other departments to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Follow up with customers and help build long-term relationships
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting individual and department performance goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or similar dealership/service experience preferred
• Stellantis / Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / Ram experience is a major plus, but not required
• Experience with another automotive manufacturer? We’re willing to retrain the right person
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain automotive repairs and maintenance in an easy-to-understand way
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Sales-minded without losing sight of the customer’s needs
• Ability to work effectively with technicians, parts personnel, and management
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
