Qualifications:

• Previous Service Advisor experience required
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license
• Automotive knowledge: Understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair procedures
• Customer service skills: Ability to communicate clearly, handle complaints, and build rapport with customers
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication to explain technical issues in layman's terms
• Organizational skills: Managing appointments, repair orders, and parts inventory efficiently.
