CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Organize and distribute the days’ schedule to prepare for incoming guests and manage efficient workflow through the shop; selling work needed to satisfy customer requests and maximize profitability.
2. Create a 5-star experience while leading each customer through the service journey, to inspire trust and loyalty. Maintain, at minimum, an 93% CSE score monthly.
3. Take ownership and expedite the well-organized preparation of information and paperwork for all departments; at the same time, attentively communicating to the customer and coordinating vehicles through the shop, car wash, and loaner department.
4. Assist the Service Manager with the tactful management of high-expectation customers. Take ownership for the resolutions of customer service concerns
