Beach Ford Lincoln, Inc. is seeking a Ford Service Advisor to join our Myrtle Beach, SC dealership.

You will greet customers, document concerns, and translate findings into accurate maintenance recommendations based on inspections and manufacturer guidelines. You will prepare estimates, explain repair options clearly, coordinate with technicians, and keep customers informed about status and timelines while building lasting relationships and delivering an outstanding ownership experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive service advisor preferred.
• Ford dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
