Formación

• 1+ year automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Experience in dealership or related industries (RV, Powersports, Motorcycle, Marine) welcomed.
• Strong communication, sales and customer service skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet service customers, listen to concerns, and provide clear repair recommendations and estimates.
• Sell and promote vehicle maintenance, repair services, and protection plans.
• Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Accurately document repair orders and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs.
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated throughout the service process.
• Help maintain strong CSI, profitability, and compliance with OEM guidelines.
