Metro Kia of Madison is seeking an energetic Automotive Service Advisor to be the face of our Kia Service department in Madison, WI. You will build relationships with customers, coordinate with technicians, and guide guests through their service experience—from check-in to vehicle delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred (1+ year).
• Excellent customer service and listening abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Work the service drive to ensure prompt and exceptional service.
• Listen to customer concerns and document repair requests.
• Explain maintenance recommendations and repair estimates clearly.
• Coordinate repairs with Technicians to keep work flowing efficiently.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Schedule future maintenance and build long-term relationships.
• Answer calls with a concierge-level customer service approach.
• Help maximize Technician productivity by managing repair order scheduling.
• Deliver an outstanding ownership experience that keeps customers coming back.

You'll build relationships with customers, coordinate with our technicians, and help guide every guest through their service experience—from check-in to vehicle delivery.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Compensation

$50,000 – $100,000+ annually

Your income is based on your performance, customer satisfaction, and ability to build lasting relationships.

What We\'re Looking For

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred (1+ year)
