Audi Little Rock is seeking a Service Advisor to join our high-volume service department. If you have automotive service advisor experience or an automotive sales or service background, this is your chance to build a long-term career with a dealership that values your skills and invests in your success.

We also welcome candidates with Service Advisor or Sales experience in related industries such as RV, Powersports, Motorcycle, or Marine.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• OR Automotive Sales, Parts, or Service experience in a dealership, RV, Powersports, Motorcycle, or Marine environment.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers, listen to concerns, and provide clear repair recommendations and estimates.
• Sell and promote vehicle maintenance, repair services, and protection plans.
• Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and follow‑up.
• Accurately document repair orders and work with technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs.
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated throughout the service process.
• Help maintain strong CSI, profitability, and compliance with OEM guidelines.
