Job summary

Parker Luxury Group in Little Rock, AR is hiring two Automotive Service Technicians for our main shop. If you have 2+ years of auto repair experience and want steady, year-round work in a clean, professional, high-volume environment, we want to meet you.

We offer $25-$40 per hour based on experience plus bonuses, paid Audi and ASE training, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) profit sharing plan, paid time off, holidays, sick days, uniforms and more.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience required (Line Technician, Service Technician or Master Technician).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Audi/Volkswagen/Porsche/Mercedes-Benz/BMW experience or ASE certifications are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and inspections on various makes/models.
• Conduct brake repairs, engine work, transmission service, electrical diagnostics, alignments, and preventive maintenance.
• Follow manufacturer procedures and use OEM or approved diagnostic tools.
• Communicate with service advisors about repair needs and timelines.
• Document all work in dealership service systems with accuracy.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and customer satisfaction.
• Keep shop safe, clean, and organized.
• Participate in ongoing factory and ASE training to enhance skills.

• Participate in ongoing factory and ASE training programs to enhance technical skills

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Automotive Repair experience required (Line Technician, Service Technician, Master Technician)
• Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and/or BMW experience or ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, team-oriented service department
• Commitment to quality repairs, safety standards, and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
