Classic CDJR of Lancaster SC is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, customer focused, and motivated Service Advisor to join our team. Our ever-evolving, fast-paced service drive would like to add a key player to help optimize our customers experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers promptly and respectfully
  • Obtain customer and vehicle information
  • Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
  • Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
  • Establish follow up time
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
  • Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers
  • Work together as a united team and assist other employees as needed
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and within the store/organization
  • Provide honest and professional experiences with every transaction

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current driver's license and acceptable driving record based on current insurance carrier
  • Proficiency in computer software and automotive store applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
  • Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant
  • Above average energy level
  • A desire for a long term career within a growing organization
  • Personal and professional integrity
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
