About The Automotive Service Advisor Role

In this position, you will field phone calls from clients with general questions or those scheduling service appointments. You will greet clients when they drop off their vehicles, ensuring an accurate description of their concerns. Acting as the liaison between Service Technicians and clients, you will explain recommended work and obtain authorization for repairs. Providing honest, accurate estimates on labor and parts, you will ensure all charges are billed correctly.

The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday from 7am to 5:30pm.
