Midas CSB Auto in Indianapolis seeks a Customer Service Advisor for a full-time role. You will greet customers, answer phones with scripted responses, and provide written repair estimates through our sales process.

You will post invoices to repair orders, scan documents, and maintain a clean front shop and back-office area. You will coordinate with technicians, ensure warranty/policy compliance, and maintain accurate records.

• Work full-time with a 40-hour work week, five days on schedule; store closed Sundays; enjoy a scheduled day off during the week.
• Attend managers meetings and communicate status to customers about repairs and follow-up service.

The Customer Service Advisor position entails multiple job operations in a fast‑paced exciting environment with customers in the automotive field. In this position, the desired candidate will be able to answer phones with a phone scripted response, provide customers with written estimates that the candidate will create through the Midas sales process, and perform other duties as assigned. This position also includes posting part invoices to repair orders, scanning and saving repair orders and invoices, cleaning the front shop area and the customer bathroom, and the back‑office area. This position will require full time with at least a 40-hour work week with at least 5 days on the schedule. The store is closed on Sunday and the candidate will receive one additional day off during the work week.

• Ensures that all customers are greeted promptly and given fair estimates on costs and time required for repairs and maintenance.
• Strives for harmony and teamwork within the store.
• Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
• Accounts for all documents; ensures that none are missing, and all are processed correctly.

• Contact customers to notify them of finished repairs, date of next scheduled service and other relevant automotive information.
