Job summary

Newton Motor Group, an established auto group, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team in Alabama. You will greet customers, collect vehicle details, report symptoms, and propose maintenance plans based on age and mileage.

You’ll prepare labor and parts estimates, track progress, and clearly explain work and costs to customers. We prize exceptional customer satisfaction, energetic personalities, integrity, and a long-term commitment to our organization.

Qualifications

• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Establish follow up time and monitor progress of each vehicle.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
