Newton Motor Group in Alabama is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will greet customers, collect vehicle information and clearly report symptoms to guide maintenance decisions in a fast-paced shop.

You will prepare cost estimates, monitor progress, update customers, and explain all charges when work is completed. A proven customer-service record and a proactive, energetic attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Past experience as a service advisor or in a related service role (advisor / consultant).
• Willingness to learn new programs and systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of the vehicle.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of labor and parts.
• Establish follow-up time.
• Monitor progress of each vehicle and update customers frequently.
• Verify final invoice reconciles with work performed.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
