• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Experience as an automotive technician is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician, ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
2. Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer's payment, including deductibles.
3. Prepare repair orders (RO), obtain approval signatures, and enter RO into the service database system.
4. Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
5. Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
6. Keep customers informed of service specials, completion times, and expenses.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Experience as an automotive technician is a plus.
• Team player focused on exemplary customer service.
• Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
