Our ideal candidate will be a skilled multi-tasker with great Sales and Customer Service History. Greet customers, discuss service specials, and coordinate service delivery while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Service Advisor experience is preferred.
• Automotive experience is preferred.
• BDC experience is a plus!
• Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Valid in-state driver's license

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with inquiries.
• Consult with customer on applicable service specials.
• Document services declined and follow up on future service considerations.
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Deliver the vehicle to the customer upon completion and address any concerns.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries to ensure a positive service experience.
• Utilize technology to improve customer experience and increase sales.
• Communicate professionally with team members across departments.
• Field customer calls, chats, and emails, and schedule appointments.
• Build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries.
• Consult with customer on applicable service specials
• Document services declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience
• Utilize and embrace provided technology such as video, text, electronic multi-point, and online bill pay to improve the customer experience and increase sales.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members (management, parts, technicians, valet drivers, office, sales etc.)
• Field customer phone calls, chats, and emails, and schedule appointments
• Build strong relationships with the customers
