As a member of our sales team, you will assess customers’ vehicle needs and demonstrate our vehicles. Successful consultants can earn $100,000+ annually with our aggressive pay plan, along with health insurance and a 401(k) program.

Job Description

Determine each customer's vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening. Demonstrate vehicles including test drives.

• Plenty of vehicles in stock, plenty of lenders to get your deals closed!

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate vehicles including test drives.
• Report to the Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analytics.
• Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
• Introduce customers to Service Department personnel to emphasize to them the quality of service available in our expert service department.

Requirements

• Previous dealership sales experience is preferred but not required, sales experience in other industries will be considered
• Selling appliances, furniture, home improvements, and Best Buy experience is a plus!
• A highly competitive individual who wants to succeed
• Steady work history
• Professional appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and good work ethic
• Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-through
• Clean Valid driver's license
