CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Organize and distribute the day's schedule to prepare for incoming guests and manage efficient workflow through the shop; sell work needed to satisfy customer requests and maximize profitability.
2. Create a 5-star experience for each customer, guiding them through the service journey to inspire trust and loyalty. Maintain at least a 93% CSE score monthly.
3. Ensure well-organized preparation of information and paperwork for all departments; communicate attentively with customers and coordinate vehicles through the shop, car wash, and loaner department.
4. Assist the Service Manager in managing high-expectation customers tactfully and take ownership of resolving customer service concerns.
