Job summary

All Star Toyota of Baton Rouge, part of Hudson Automotive Group, seeks an experienced Service Advisor for our award-winning, high-volume service department. You will guide customers through the service process, coordinate with technicians, and help ensure a smooth drop-off and pick-up experience.

Qualified candidates bring strong customer service experience, CRM proficiency, excellent communication, and emotional intelligence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.
• Ability to successfully guide customers throughout the service process.
• CRM Software Experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the service process from drop-off to completion.
• Upsell maintenance and services when appropriate to enhance value.
• Collaborate with technicians and service team to ensure quality repairs.
• Maintain accurate notes in the CRM and follow up with customers as needed.
