Big Brand Tire & Service is hiring a Service Advisor in Oxnard, CA. This role communicates with customers and technicians to translate mechanical needs into clear, actionable recommendations. You will sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services while delivering a world-class service experience.

We value a 1–3 year track record in automotive service sales and strong customer service. A valid driver’s license is required and you must be comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales and strong customer service background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust with customers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience.
• Act as liaison between customer and technician — translate mechanical into clear recommendations.
• Confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.
• Perform visual inspections and document findings.

• Help maintain showroom and inventory standards.
