Van Bortel Automotive Group seeks a detail-oriented support specialist to assist the dealership with inbound calls, customer support, and appointment coordination. The role focuses on accurate data handling, reporting, and maintaining organized records across multiple platforms.

Scheduling is a 3/13 work week. This full-time position offers growth opportunities, training, and benefits in a dynamic, customer-facing environment within the Rochester NY area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior call center experience preferred.
• Experience with computers, printers, copiers, telephone, scanner, calculator.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook/Excel), CRM, scheduling system, DMS, web-based systems.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions of hands and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide customer support.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments.
• Maintain and summarize data, and prepare reports.
• Develop and maintain record-keeping systems and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers in person or via phone or written correspondence.
