Job summary

Napleton's Elmhurst Acura/Kia is seeking a detail-oriented administrative assistant to scan and file repair orders and support the dealership team.

The ideal candidate will read and follow instructions, communicate clearly with customers and staff, and maintain a professional appearance. Prior dealership experience and CDK familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
• Previous dealership experience preferred.
• CDK experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process internals daily.
• Filing (Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, Car Deal Files, Hard Copies).
• Perform any other special duties as requested by Dealer and other Managers.
• Able to have a flexible work schedule, including all holidays.
