Napleton Elmhurst Acura/KIA is seeking a Receptionist to join our busy dealership. You will professionally handle incoming calls, greet guests, and direct walk-ins while delivering a friendly, high-quality customer experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of receptionist experience, excellent English communication, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask with minimal supervision. Background check will be conducted as per local regulations. 18+.

Competenze

• 1+ year of receptionist experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company policy.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Power Point).

Located at Napleton Elmhurst Acura/KIA, the Receptionist is responsible for answering the switchboard phones and directing callers quickly and efficiently to the appropriate staff members. The receptionist is also responsible for greeting and directing walk-in customers, while delivering a great customer experience.
