Napleton's Elmhurst Acura/Kia is seeking an organized administrative clerk to scan repair orders and file documents. The role emphasizes accuracy and a customer-focused approach to resolving issues efficiently.

You will support daily operations, handle confidential paperwork, and communicate effectively with customers, management, and sales staff. Prior dealership experience is preferred but not required; CDK experience is a plus and professional appearance is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scan repair orders and other documents as needed.
• Filing (Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, Car Deal Files) and related paperwork.
• Assist with special duties requested by the Dealer and Managers.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule, including all holidays.
