Blai se Alexander Family Dealerships is seeking an Automotive Salesperson to join its growing team in Pennsylvania. No experience required, with a training program for newcomers.

You will approach customers, identify needs, and demonstrate vehicle features to help close sales. Responsibilities include guiding customers through paperwork, warranties, and contracts while building lasting relationships with buyers.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for daily customer interaction.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Approach and talk with customers who enter the dealership lot.
• Listen and ask questions to determine vehicle needs and wants.
• Provide information and demonstrate features of suitable inventory.
• Explain paperwork, warranty, and vehicle terms to the customer.
• Close sales by addressing objections and completing contracts.
• Cultivate buyers by maintaining rapport with current and past customers.
