Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships in Mansfield, PA is seeking an Automotive Salesperson to join our growing team. There is no experience required, as we offer a structured training program to get you up to speed and ready to serve customers.

You will greet customers, determine needs, demonstrate features, explain paperwork and warranties, and guide buyers through the purchase process. This role emphasizes relationship building and reliable daily performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily.
• Ability to contact customers, complete sales, and manage other tasks independently.
• Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Approaching and talking to customers who enter the dealership lot.
• Listening and asking questions to determine the customer’s needs and wants in a vehicle.
• Provide knowledgeable information and demonstrate features of suitable inventory.
• Ensure the customer understands the paperwork, warranty, and vehicle's details.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
• Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with current and previous customers.

*There is no experience needed but it’s preferred for this position. We provide a training program for all unexperienced employees.*

A Day in the Life of an Automotive Sales Consultant (but not limited to):

• Approaching and talking to customers who enter the dealership lot
